Early in 2025, I requested all emails, contracts, proposals, and communications related to the McNab Park property and redevelopment plans within the specified timeframe. These files show how decisions are being discussed and by whom.
I requested copies of all emails, correspondence, and communications between City of Pompano Beach staff, CRA staff, and the consulting firm Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA). The request covers a lot of things - project discussions, contract matters, vendor selection, and any related communications within the specified timeframe.

The official City Commission meeting video from July 22, 2025 is already available on the City’s YouTube channel. To ensure full transparency, I also requested all security camera footage from that day, both inside and outside the Commission Chambers.
This request was made to capture the full context of the incident when I was served legal papers during the public meeting, beyond what was shown on the official livestream.
