Pompano Perspectives is an independent transparency initiative established by Commissioner Audrey Fesik in her individual capacity. The site contains two types of content:

Public Records (FOIA files) – released under Florida’s Public Records and Sunshine Laws (Ch. 119 & Ch. 286, Fla. Stat.)
Original Content – including but not limited to images, podcasts, commentary, descriptions, branding, FAQs, and other materials created for this site

2. Public Records (FOIA Database)

All public records published here are released by the City or other agencies under Florida law. They are part of the public domain and may be freely accessed, downloaded, and shared.

3. Original Content (Copyright)

All original site materials created by Audrey Fesik or designated contributors — including podcasts, images, written commentary, design, and branding — are protected under U.S. Copyright Law.

Such materials may not be copied, redistributed, or republished without prior written consent.

4. Neutrality Toward Employees

The publication of public records on this site is not intended as personal commentary, hostility, or allegations of misconduct toward any employee, contractor, or individual.
The inclusion of records should not be interpreted as either endorsement or disapproval of individual actions. Materials are posted solely to promote transparency and accountability.

Public records are posted exactly as received from agencies. No guarantee is made as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. This site does not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by accessing it.
